This rotten mango tree and mushroom species were still attached with each other after many rains and sunny days went by. This time of the day when I took this photo was actually one of my saddest days and I really dunno why. I have lots of thoughts and randoms in my mind. So what I did was, I just laid down on the native bamboo swing for an hour.

Leaves of Malunggay or Moringa in English are an excellent source of vitamin A, B, C, E and minerals such as calcium and iron. Contains antioxidants thus reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. It is even an excellent source of protein, and contains very low fat and carbohydrates. They also prevent the onset of various chronic diseases like arthritis, cancer, and heart and kidney diseases. Malunggay promotes good eyesight, digestion, facilitates bowel movement, and is a cure for stomach ache. It is also used to cleanse wounds and ulcers. It helps alleviate scurvy, asthma, earache, and headaches. For its high calcium content, lactating mothers are advised to eat malunggay leaves to produce more milk. Always have Moringa in your meal especially for those who are in sick and the lactating mothers.
