This pink hibiscus flower or gumamela in Tagalog is the most common flowering plant in our place in Batangas province. Almost every garden in our neighborhood have this kind of flower. Hibiscus has many color varieties like pink, red, yellow, peach and orange.

If the winter or rainy season is over, the cool and icy refreshments are in. Cool refreshments are just fit for summer especially if you are living in tropical countries. Look at these fruit juices! Oh, wait! What is that red one? Haven’t you feelin’ thirsty? I’ll bet you will sip all of them.
