


Do you want to know what will be your luck on the future? Why don’t try to have some fortune cookies more especially during New Years’ time? I have seen a lot of fortune cookies in the form of metal, plastic or other trinket, but on last quarter of the year 2010; I had received lots of fortune cookies. Yes, they are real, crunchy and yummy! When you open it, there are certain messages saying about your luck. Well, I’m personally don’t believe with it. I just enjoyed the taste of these real cookies.

Did you know that the most commonly eaten at breakfast are eggs? Eggs have lots of ingredients and can be found or mixed in lots of recipes. I really loved it for having nutrient contents like vitamins, protein and fats. One egg contains over six grams of protein and several important nutrients, which is good. Unfortunately, one egg also contains about 212 mg of cholesterol. Since the recommendation for cholesterol consumption is about 300 mg per day, the large amount of cholesterol in eggs may prevent many people from eating them. Eating one egg as part of a healthy breakfast may help you lose weight by keeping you from getting hungry later in the morning. As you can see, eggs contain a lot of good nutrition. One egg has about 80 calories with more than five grams of fat, so keep that in mind if you need to watch your fat and calorie intake. One egg each day is good, but eating three or four eggs every day may add too much fat.
